Terry brings 22 years of commercial real estate experience to his clients, augmented by his business insight through government service as a Planning Commissioner and Zoning Board of Appeals member. As a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Terry has developed the diversified skills and knowledge needed to deliver a wide range of services to international clients headquartered in Mexico, Germany, China and Switzerland. Terry has also worked with Oakwood Healthcare Systems, Penske Logistics, First Industrial Realty and Morgan-Stanley Development to complete site selection assignments. Builders such as the DeMattia Group, Schonsheck, Inc. and Frankel Development have completed construction projects with Terry, ranging from 10,000 to 250,000 square feet for a variety of Financial, Industrial, Retail, Medical and Office clients.
